RESOURCE FAIR REGISTRATION INFORMATION
On January 9th, 2012 in conjunction with the Turning the Tide on Poverty Action Forum, we will host a Resource Fair, providing a venue for local organizations, business and individuals to showcase their services, products, etc. to our forum attendees.
Forum attendees will be community members from various stages in their personal and professional lives -- from children to seasoned professionals -- with concerns relating to health care, financial security and planning, education, career development or change, family responsibility and child/elder care issues.
The resource fair will be held in the ballroom of the Convention Center, alongside the Action Forum area and will be open to attendees from 9:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. It is also adjacent to our venue for the action seminars.
Booths (6ft. tables) are available at a cost of $25.00. Space is limited and tables will be available on a first come, first served basis. Lunch is included for two representatives and available at a cost of $10.00 for additional representatives who are not also conference attendees.

Time slots are still available for Action Seminars! Please feel out the Action Seminar Sheet for your request and we will let you know if your idea was selected.

If you are requesting electricity, it is the responsibility of your organization to contact the Pine Bluff Convention Center directly to set up for electricity. All booths have access to wireless internet; a land line is also your responsibility.
The Resource Fair allows each exhibitor two (2) representatives to hospitality area. Every person over two (2) will incur an additional $10.00 fee. Please list the names of representatives.
